1. Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of an order before the order has been shipped or dispatched.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and registered contact details.
Once an order has been shipped or handed over to the courier, it may no longer be possible to cancel the order. In such cases, the request may be handled according to our applicable Return & Refund Policy.
2. Cancellation by Desi Ayurveda
We reserve the right to cancel an order in certain circumstances, including:

- Incorrect or incomplete customer information.
- Incorrect pricing or product information displayed due to a technical error.
- Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.
- Delivery limitations or address-related issues.
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the eligible amount will be refunded through the applicable payment method, subject to our refund procedures.
3. Refund for Cancelled Orders
For eligible prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be initiated after the cancellation has been approved.
The time taken for the refund to appear in your bank account, card, or payment account may depend on the payment gateway or financial institution.
4. Orders Already Shipped
Orders that have already been dispatched cannot normally be cancelled through a cancellation request. If you no longer wish to receive a shipped order, please contact us and refer to our Return & Refund Policy for available options.
